Site Supervisor

About the job
We're seeking someone with a carpentry or construction background who's ready to grow into a Site Supervisor role. You'll work alongside our team, gain hands-on exposure to the WA residential construction process, and progressively take responsibility for managing your own site as you develop.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily coordination of residential construction sites
- Support the supervisor with scheduling, trade management, and site planning
- Learn to interpret plans, engineering drawings, NCC requirements, and specs
- Carry out basic quality checks and identify defects early
- Help maintain site safety, cleanliness, and compliance
- Record site progress through photos, notes, and updates
- Gradually step into full site supervision responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Carpentry or general construction background (required)
- Solid understanding of residential build stages
- Strong communication and practical problem-solving skills
- Reliable, organised, proactive, and willing to learn
- White Card (mandatory)
- Additional tickets (Working at Heights, EWP, First Aid) are a bonus
