About you
Are you looking to grow your career in a collaborative, high-performing national team? Whether you're early in your journey or bring more experience, we'd love to hear from you.
We're ideally seeking a lawyer with 2–4 years post-admission experience, but we welcome applications from all levels of seniority who are passionate about all aspects of the property development process and eager to make an impact.
To be considered for this role, you will be:
- Demonstrated working experience in a broad range of property transactions including with commercial property, residential property, and off-the-plan property.
- A confident communicator – both written and verbal – who can engage professionally with clients and colleagues
- A natural relationship builder with strong interpersonal skills
- Curious about your clients' industries and quick to develop sector knowledge
- Skilled at managing competing priorities and deadlines within a team environment
- A collaborative problem-solver with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
You'll also play a key role in business development, client management, and delivering strategic legal advice.
Your role
Gadens is recognised as one of Australia's leading real estate law practices with particular expertise in acting for major property owners and developers in high value and strategic transactions and development projects.
