As a top tier law firm, MinterEllison runs a dynamic practice in Canberra, working on a combination of commercial and Government assignments with the added benefit of a network of offices around the world and the opportunity to work alongside and be supported by some of the most respected property lawyers in Australia.
MinterEllison's Canberra Real Estate team is led by partner Edward Campbell. The Canberra team offers a comprehensive range of property related legal services for developers, investors, landlords, tenants, property funds managers and listed property trusts and for the Commonwealth, State and Territory governments.
**YOUR ROLE**
An opportunity currently exists for an Associate or Senior Associate with a strong background in property law to join our team. You will have an interest in developing or reinforcing your expertise in commercial property law, including in particular working on transactional matters for high profile clients.
As a member of our collegiate team you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to a broad array of major client projects, commercial property work, with a particular emphasis on capital transactions and commercial, retail and industrial leasing for both landlords and tenants.
Previous property law experience is essential, and experience in commercial leasing is highly desirable.
