About Us:

Between The Flags is a leading retail brand known for delivering exceptional customer experiences and high-quality products. With a rapidly growing footprint, we're looking for a dynamic Cluster Manager to oversee multiple store operations, drive performance, and lead high-performing teams.

Role Overview:

As a Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for managing two retail stores within your designated region in Sydney. You will lead store staff members, ensure operational excellence, maximise sales, and uphold brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop, sales associates and store assistants across the cluster.
  • Implement marketing and price strategies and drive sales performance and profitability of all stores within the cluster.
  • Sell our product line to customers and monitor staff KPIs, analyse performance data, and implement improvement strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with operational policies, procedures, and brand standards.
  • Oversee staffing, training, and employee engagement efforts.
  • Optimise inventory, visual merchandising, and in-store customer experiences.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance for each location

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in multi-site retail management.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and analytical abilities.
  • Results-driven with a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to travel frequently across the assigned stores
