Schwarz are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team at our Boulder Creek Wind Farm Project. What You'll Do

  • Support Project Managers to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of projects on time and under budget.
  • Liaise with all project stakeholders, managing resources, labour, and subcontractors.
  • Plan and program project activities, maintaining a focus on safety, quality, and environmental management.
  • Monitor and report project progress, contributing to project administration and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement, implementing best practices across safety, quality, cost, and program management.

What We're Looking For

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced project environment.
  • Proven communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Commitment to a zero-harm safety culture and a proactive approach to project management.
  • Ability to travel, a valid car license, and a White Card.
