Role description

We are seeking Workato Integration Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate combines strong technical acumen with business-savvy thinking and is comfortable leading client-facing workshops and driving business value through automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Workato solution design and delivery including requirement gathering, architecture review, and roadmap development.
  • Conduct client workshops to understand current-state ("as-is") systems, identify integration opportunities, and define target-state ("to-be") architecture.
  • Drive use case prioritization and value mapping aligned to business goals and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Develop and document functional and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with both Workato capabilities and client expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, product owners, and technical architects to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Certified Workato Automation Pro III, with 5+ years' enterprise integration experience and hands-on Workato project delivery across mid-to-large system integrators.
  • Proven ability to conduct business and technical workshops with senior stakeholders, translating outcomes into scalable, secure, and reusable integration solutions.
  • Deep understanding of integration patterns, XML, REST/SOAP APIs, data transformation, and authentication protocols, with experience across cloud (AWS/Azure) and ERP/CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite).
  • Preferred experience with legacy integration stacks such as webMethods, BizTalk, Frank or solid experience with data exchange formats (JSON, XML, CSV) and API gateways.
  • Australian permanent resident or citizen, with prior consulting or client-facing experience and familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
