About The Role
DBG Health is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our large, dynamic commercial legal team. As a key player in our legal operations, you will support a variety of legal and commercial functions, contributing to our mission of delivering affordable and innovative healthcare solutions to millions of Australians.

Role & Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive support to the legal team in:
- Drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial contracts, including supplier agreements, NDAs, and distribution arrangements.
- Supporting corporate governance, intellectual property matters, and adherence to legal standards to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
- Conducting thorough legal research on healthcare laws, industry standards, and regulatory frameworks such as TGA and PBS.
- Preparing and submitting regulatory filings and approvals efficiently to meet compliance requirements.
- Maintaining organised legal files and monitoring legislative updates to proactively inform the legal team's decisions.
- Reducing the administrative burden on lawyers by taking ownership of key operational and documentation tasks.
- Utilising expert-level Microsoft Word and Adobe skills to create, format, and manage professional legal documents with precision.
Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience supporting a legal team is highly advantageous
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations, including TGA and PBS frameworks, is highly advantageous.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to multitask effectively and manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in legal research tools, document management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and advanced Adobe skills.
