Position Highlights

The successful applicant will join the school with a focus on providing quality Catholic education, maximising student outcomes by offering a rich, relevant and holistic curriculum that is student centred, flexible and challenging.

This full-time role is scheduled to commence on Tuesday, 27 January 2026. The Wellbeing Coordinator (House Leader) is a 2-point promotional role, temporary for up to 3 years, however your teaching position will be full-time and permanent.

About You

As a Wellbeing Coordinator (House Leader), you work to ensure every student reaches their full potential through high quality, collaborative and engaging pedagogy.

To excel in this role, you will:

  • support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students
  • be a confident and collaborative team player and an excellent communicator
  • create and implement engaging, rigorous planned learning experiences catering to the diverse needs of students
  • demonstrate sound knowledge in developing Curriculum and the application of effective learning pedagogies
  • have the ability to teach Religion is an advantage
  • have a commitment to supporting student learning in a unique and innovative learning environment
  • demonstrate excellent classroom management skills focused on student well-being
  • have experience in supporting student wellbeing and middle-level Leadership.

You will have attained:

  • a tertiary qualification in Education
  • eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
  • Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead.
