After-Sales Parts Representative

We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused After Sales Parts Representative to join our Crushing & Screening team.
You'll be the primary interface for quarry customers operating Metso crushers and screens, supporting them with product expertise, genuine parts solutions, and proactive support that keeps their operations running at peak performance.
This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role suited to someone who thrives on technical conversations, understands the production pressures of a quarry environment, and takes pride in providing solutions that add measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with quarry operators, production supervisors, and maintenance teams.
- Provide technical guidance on Metso spare and wear parts for crushers, screens, and feeders.
- Prepare accurate quotes and tenders in collaboration with the national parts team.
- Conduct site visits to identify improvement opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support stock planning and forecasting to align inventory with customer demand.
- Promote Tutt Bryant's full range of crushing & screening products and services.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer service and timely order fulfilment.
- Participate in trade shows, product training, and internal development activities.
What We're Looking For
- A mechanical background with proven experience in the Sand & Gravel Quarry industry or related heavy equipment sector is essential.
- Knowledge of crushing and screening processes, wear parts, and plant maintenance practices.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills with a customer at the centre mindset.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify and act on business opportunities.
- Confident working both independently and within a national support team.
- High attention to detail, time management, and follow-through.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Current driver's licence.
