About the role

Rylock are seeking an experienced Aluminium Saw Operator to join our team in Dingley Village. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently cutting aluminium to precise specifications to support the production of our high-quality windows and doors.

What you'll be doing

  • Operating aluminium saws to cut materials to specific sizes as per production requirements
  • Ensuring accurate measurements and minimising waste
  • Performing regular maintenance and safety checks on equipment
  • Working collaboratively with the production team to meet daily output targets

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as an Aluminium Saw Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment (Emmegi saw an advantage)
  • Be able to read technical drawings & have good numerical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision
  • Good hand-eye coordination and physical stamina to lift extrusions
  • Commitment to workplace safety and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively to achieve production goals
