This is a highly rewarding but challenging role based out of the Parkside Office and when required, out of our display centres within Adelaide. Candidates must have the flexibility to travel to multiple work locations during the week / weekend. Monday to Friday. 8.30 to 5.00 with some appointments after hours and on weekends.

You will be working closely with our experienced New Home Advisors in a support capacity, gaining an understanding of the Metricon Sales process.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing administrative assistance to the New Home Advisor's
• Work closely with New Home Advisor's in a support capacity while gaining an understanding of the Metricon Sales Process, display centre operations, the Sales Plan and general business rules
• Maintaining the high standard of presentation of Metricon's display centres and office sales
• Expert execution of the prescribed display Meet/Greet requirements
• Provide a top class Home Demonstration to customers
• Qualifying and managing lead activity and setting prospect appointments
• Providing customers with a first class experience, exceeding customer service expectations
• Support Sales Administration/Documentation activity for the Sales Paperwork Process; and
• Liaise with customers for all sales queries.

• The ability to work under pressure with multiple tasks/projects to meet critical time-lines
• Prior sales experience is desirable
• You will need to be flexible to travel to multiple work locations as you may be assigned to a specific display centre or multiple display centres within the selling region; and
• Reliable car with a Current driver's license.
