We are now seeking a motivated Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to join our friendly team and play a key role in keeping our business running smoothly.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As our Receptionist & Administrative Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and customers, while also ensuring day-to-day administration runs efficiently. This role is perfect for a proactive individual with excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills. You'll be working closely with our management team to support business operations, streamline office processes, and keep everything on track.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reception Duties

  • Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, phone calls, and emails.
  • Provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact.

Administrative Support

  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
  • Maintain filing systems and company records.
  • Assist with travel bookings, appointments, and calendars.

Office Organisation

  • Oversee office supplies and ensure resources are stocked.
  • Support onboarding of new staff and coordinate team activities.
  • Assist with general office upkeep to ensure a professional environment.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Draft and format documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Maintain accurate databases and records.
  • Provide admin support for compliance and internal projects.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Previous experience in a reception or administration role preferred.
