About the Role:

We're looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our front-of-house team as a Welcome Desk Attendant. As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you'll play a key role in creating positive first impressions and ensuring smooth entry to the club.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome members and guests with a warm, professional manner
  • Verify memberships and assist with new member sign-ups
  • Provide information about club facilities, events, and promotions
  • Ensure compliance with entry requirements under club regulations and RSA legislation
  • Handle member and guest enquiries efficiently, both in person and over the phone
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the welcome area
  • Work collaboratively with security, bar, and management teams

About You:

  • A friendly, confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
  • Well-presented, punctual, and reliable
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and professionalism
  • Experience in hospitality, customer service, or a club environment (preferred but not essential)
  • Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
