**Join Our Team as a Disability Support Worker**

**About Us**:
At Limitless Caring Services, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to individuals with disabilities. Founded on principles of compassion and excellence, our team is committed to empowering our participants to live fulfilling lives. We provide direct supports to participants on a regular basis and assist other providers to ensure supports are maintained on an as-needed basis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform household tasks for participants with disabilities including grocery shopping, cooking, cleaning, and transportation.
- Communicate with participants to develop strategies for tasks and schedules that meet their needs.
- Provide personal care assistance including help with personal hygiene, dressing, and attending work or school.
- Assist participants with maintaining care routines and provide physical aid for those with impaired mobility.
- Implement Positive Behaviour Support Plans when required.
- Mentor and be a positive example to participants you support

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Disability) (highly desirable).
- Minimum 12 months of paid experience in a similar role.
- Experience working with challenging behaviors and neurodiverse participants highly desirable.
- Experience in SIL, private residential, and community-based support.

**Additional Details**:
This is a sub-contractor position; an ABN and public liability insurance are required.

Pay: From $40.00 per hour
