About the role

As a Stock Controller/Point of Sale Operator at Motackle and Outdoors', you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our busy retail store. This full-time position is located in Coffs Harbour, NSW 2450, offering the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team within the Retail & Consumer Products industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Accurately processing customer transactions at the point of sale

  2. Maintaining up-to-date and organised inventory records

  3. Participating in stock takes and inventory audits

  4. Supporting the team in other general retail duties as required

  1. Previous experience in a stock control or point of sale role within the retail industry
  2. Excellent attention to detail and strong numeracy skills
  3. Proficient in using retail management software and point of sale systems
  4. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour
  5. Strong time management and organisational abilities
  6. A team player with a positive attitude
  7. Fishing knowledge is a bonus
