Boston Resourcing is proud to be partnering with a world-class gold producer to appoint an
Alternate Underground Manager
for one of Australia's newest underground operations. This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role with a clear pathway to Underground Manager within 12 months.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Technical Services across mine planning and production delivery
  • Drive safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations in line with budget
  • Lead, train, and mentor a talented team of underground engineers
  • Champion a proactive safety culture through risk assessments and workplace inspections

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering
  • WA First Class Mine Managers Certificate
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop others
  • Technically confident with a proven commitment to safety
