Job Description: Maxi Care Plus is seeking dedicated and compassionate Female Disability Support Workers to join our team. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of individuals living with a disability by providing care, assistance, and support in their daily lives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalised care and support to individuals with disabilities.
  • Assist with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.

  • Implement care plans and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in disability support or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation may be required.
