Our Rooty Hill clinic brings together GPs, nurses, and allied health professionals to offer wrap-around care in a welcoming, inclusive setting. We are proud to serve a diverse community and are committed to reducing health inequities through accessible, high-quality care.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Dietitian to join our multidisciplinary team for one day per week (with growth potentential). If you're passionate about empowering patients, reducing health inequities, and working in a team that genuinely cares—this is the place for you.

Your Role

As a Dietitian at Healthicare, you'll provide tailored nutritional support to patients across the lifespan, with a strong focus on chronic disease management, preventative health, and culturally safe care. You'll work closely with our GPs and nurses to deliver coordinated, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver individualised dietary assessments and nutrition interventions and plans
  • Support patients with chronic conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and obesity
  • Provide culturally responsive nutrition education and health promotion
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to develop integrated care pathways
  • Maintain accurate documentation in line with professional standards
  • Contribute to group education sessions and community health initiatives when required

What You'll Bring

  • Tertiary qualifications in Nutrition and Dietetics
  • Current Accredited Practising Dietitian status
  • Medicare Registration (or in process of applying for)
  • Experience in primary care, community health, or chronic disease management (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to equity, diversity, and culturally safe care
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
