Day to Day includes:

  • Provide individualised, person-centered, strength-based OT services.
  • Develop clinical skills and engage in personal development.
  • Manage sensitive enquiries and specialist services for complex clients.
  • Support new client acquisition and meet billable hours targets.
  • Mentor and support less experienced team members.
  • Conduct clinical supervision and identify learning needs.
  • Collaborate with clinical team
  • Develop, implement, and review therapy plans with clients, families, carers, and service providers.

As a successful Occupational Therapist joining you will have the following:

  • Degree qualified as an Occupational Therapist
  • General AHPRA registration
  • Previous experience as an OT within NDIS/Community Health
  • Australian Drivers License
  • NDIS clearance check
