About the Role

As Project Manager, you'll take ownership of every stage of delivery — from design coordination and procurement through to practical completion and handover.

You'll be responsible for:

Interpreting architectural and engineering designs and translating them into practical delivery outcomes.

Coordinating labour, materials, and equipment efficiently to keep the site progressing smoothly.

Managing budgets, programs, and schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Maintaining adherence to quality, cost, safety, and legal standards, driving accountability across all trades.

Acting as the central communication link between clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and local authorities.

Monitoring project risks and implementing proactive solutions to keep milestones on track.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience successfully delivering high-rise or mixed-use projects (in Brisbane or SEQ preferred)

Adept in Procore and HammerTech, with strong technical and commercial understanding

Skilled in interpreting drawings, managing budgets, and coordinating complex project programs

Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills — capable of managing teams and consultants with confidence

A proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and thrives in a collaborative environment
