Project Manager
to oversee projects across
Australia

We're seeking candidates based in the
Czech Republic
with proven experience in project management, solid English skills, and a strong motivation to lead international projects. This is a
long-term opportunity
based in Australia, with the possibility of
regular travel back to the Czech Republic

Your Role

  • Manage installation projects throughout all phases
  • Plan and track project timelines and budgets
  • Build, lead and support project teams
  • Oversee financial resources, costs, and project cash-flow
  • Coordinate workflows and follow-up activities on site
  • Ensure effective communication and motivate team members
  • Manage and maintain full project documentation
  • Focus on rack installations with roller conveyors
  • Identify and manage project risks
  • Monitor project quality, including health and safety compliance
  • Oversee all available project resources (personnel, equipment, etc.)
  • Contribute to tenders and contractual project setup
  • Manage project changes and adapt plans accordingly
  • Provide internal and external project status reporting
  • Regular travel to project sites in Australia

What You Should Bring

  • At least 3 years of project management experience
  • Technical knowledge or background (construction, mechanical engineering, etc.)
  • Familiarity with MS Project, Word, Excel; AutoCAD is a plus
  • English at a minimum B2 level (another language is an advantage)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
