Heavy Industrial Labourers - Rockhampton | Ongoing Work & Career Growth

Programmed Skilled Workforce has multiple opportunities for Heavy Industrial Labourers to join our client's busy site in Rockhampton.

If you're reliable, physically fit, and enjoy working in a team where every day is different - we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Monday to Friday roster with occasional weekend work
  • Using power tools, grinders and basic welding equipment
  • General site and yard labouring including housekeeping and product handling
  • Welding bar/cages for concrete moulds (training provided)
  • Quality checking finished products to meet safety and production standards

What You'll Need

  • Driver's licence and reliable transport
  • Previous labouring or factory experience (heavy industrial preferred)
  • Basic welding skills, desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work in outdoor and indoor environments
  • Two recent work references
  • Willing to complete a pre-employment medical & drug/alcohol screen
  • Must have local accommodation in Rockhampton
