We're seeking reliable, hardworking General Labourers to work across a variety of sites in the Rockhampton and Capricorn Coast area. These roles offer hands-on experience, steady hours, and the chance to grow your skills in high-demand industries like construction, manufacturing, and industrial services.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • General labouring across different job sites

  • Assisting with materials, equipment and site setup

  • Cleaning and maintaining worksites

  • Using tools and machinery safely (training provided if needed)

  • Supporting tradespeople and helping keep projects on schedule

  • Committing to safe work practices and following WHS procedures

  • Being punctual and ready to work rostered shifts – with overtime as needed

What You'll Need:

  • Construction White Card – essential

  • Driver's licence and own transport

  • Basic construction knowledge or tool experience

  • Physically fit and capable of manual labour in outdoor conditions

  • Additional tickets like Forklift, Working at Heights, or Confined Space – highly desirable

  • Able to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
