Garden Lawn Labourer

VIP Home Services is an established Rockhampton property maintenance business. Due to increased demand for our service, we are looking for the right person to add to our growing team servicing Rockhampton, Capricorn Coast and Gracemere.

We have preferred supplier status with a number of our clients and are looking for an individual who wants to grow their skills and experience while working as part of a small team.

We offer general yard maintenance and handyman services and are introducing small landscaping services to customers. The successful applicant will in time be able to contribute in these areas depending on their skill set and their overall contribution.

Yard maintenance includes lawn mowing using zero turn and push mowers, clean-ups, hedging, light tree pruning and gardening.

You must be comfortable working on your own and also in a team environment and be able to use your initiative on the job and communicate clearly with clients, co-workers and management.

We service clients across a variety of spaces, including government, commercial, real estate, aged care, private households and NDIS.

We pay above award and fortnightly. Position is permanent part-time or casual, negotiable with the right candidate.

Current manual driver's licence – no auto's please

Current clear police check

Current Blue card and NDIS worker screening (or being able to qualify for one)

First Aid CPR (we can help with this)

Own reliable transport

Commercial experience in the field is not necessary but a great attitude and willingness to learn quickly and contribute to the team are not-negotiable.
