About the role
Developed - Planning | Spatial | Delivery, is a property consulting firm, is seeking a talented Planning Consultant to join our team on Rokeby Road in Subiaco, Western Australia. This full-time role will involve working closely with our clients and larger team.
Day to day within the planning division you will work along side:
Managing Director, x2 Senior Planner, x1 Town Planner, x2 Graduate Planners (Part time) and x1 Draftsperson
Naturally you will also work with the wider Spatial & Delivery team together on projects.
What you'll be doing
Preparation and assessment of Development Applications, Scheme Amendments, Subdivision Applications and Appeals.
Reviewing highest and best use for development sites.
Providing high quality, accurate verbal and written advice to clients.
Planning and Development related research on industry changes and trends
Analysing client data and information to uncover insights and develop innovative solutions
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver strategic plans
Preparing high-quality presentations and reports to present to stakeholders
Continuously learning and staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments
What we're looking for
Ideally 1-2 years either government or private experience. (more is fine also)
Must have WA car license
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and presentation skills
The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
