, and other community platforms to build genuine

connections with our users, partners, and audience.

— perfect for someone who loves both creative marketing and building online tribes.

Key Responsibilities

Community Management

  • Oversee and grow QBM's 
    Discord
     — both 
    internal (team / partner)
     and 
    external
  • (public)
     channels.
  • Develop and execute community engagement strategies (AMAs, Q&A sessions, live
  • updates, feature drops).
  • Moderate discussions, maintain community tone, and ensure brand consistency.
  • Track community sentiment and report insights to the marketing and product teams.

Social Media & Content

  • Manage 
    LinkedIn
     and other key social channels (Twitter/X, Telegram, etc.).
  • Plan and post updates, product announcements, and brand stories with consistent tone
  • and timing.
  • Collaborate with design and product teams for visuals and media assets.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content for reach and quality.

Marketing Coordination

  • Support ongoing campaigns, partnerships, and user acquisition initiatives.
  • Assist in launching new features or products through digital campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing, product, and compliance messaging.
  • Manage content calendars, track deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in 
    social media, marketing, or community management
    , ideally in
  • fintech, crypto, or Web3.
  • Strong understanding of 
    Discord culture
    , content trends, and community-building
  • strategies.
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills.
  • Confident managing 
    LinkedIn
     for B2B presence while maintaining a 
    community-first
  • tone for consumer channels.
  • Analytical mindset: can interpret engagement data and optimize accordingly.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, startup-style environment.
