We are looking for an experienced and motivated Café Supervisor to help lead our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The right candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support café staff during shifts
  • Train, guide, and motivate team members
  • Ensure high standards of coffee, food, and customer service
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily operations
  • Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming café environment
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or senior café/hospitality role
  • Strong barista skills and knowledge of café operations
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and problem-solve quickly
  • Flexible availability (weekdays, weekends, public holidays)
