The Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network runs from Kangaroo Island to Eudunda, wrapping all the way around our metropolitan areas (this position is in Gumeracha). HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?

• Oversee the preparation, plating, and distribution of meals, ensuring food safety and quality standards are met.
• Manage food supplies, order non-production items, and maintain accurate records for efficient operations.
• Support and mentor catering staff and apprentices, contributing to team development and service excellence.
• Participate in continuous improvement, workplace health and safety, and ensure compliance with food handling and infection control standards.
