Nepean Hospital is seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and patient-focused Enrolled Nurse to join our Palliative / Medical team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where you'll play a key role in providing high-quality, person-centred care to patients with complex medical and palliative needs.

As part of our multidisciplinary team, you'll deliver nursing care that promotes dignity, comfort, and respect for patients and their families during all stages of their healthcare journey. Being an Enrolled Nurse will see you deliver safe, evidence-based Nursing care under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse, support patients and families with compassion, empathy, and cultural sensitivity, monitor, assess, and report changes in patients' conditions and assist in the development and implementation of individualised care plans.

What You Will Bring To The Role

• Current registration to practice as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Experience and demonstrated skill in Acute nursing
• Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work
• Demonstrated evidence of being able to provide person centred care
• Demonstrated effective communication skills – written and verbal
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to work a flexible roster
