Nepean Hospital is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our Rehabilitation Unit.

As part of our Multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality, person centred Nursing care to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. You'll play a key role in helping patients regain their independence and confidence as they transition back to their homes and communities. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in people's lives while developing your clinical skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Your role as the Enrolled Nurse will be to deliver safe and effective Nursing care under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse, support patients with activities of daily living, mobility, and rehabilitation goals, monitor, record, and report changes in patient condition.

What you will bring to the role:

• Current registration to practice as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Experience and demonstrated skill in Acute nursing
• Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work
• Demonstrated evidence of being able to provide person centred care
• Demonstrated effective communication skills – written and verbal
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to work a flexible roster
