About Us:

Since 2019, Body & Mind Online has supported thousands of Australians with mental health challenges through accessible telehealth and onsite services. We are proud partners of Calm, offering premium mindfulness resources to clients and practitioners alike.

Join a supportive and collaborative team dedicated to providing exceptional psychological care to NDIS participants, DVA clients, and the general population through Medicare. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated General Psychologist to make a meaningful impact while enjoying a positive, well-supported work environment.

About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will deliver evidence-based psychological interventions and assessments to help clients achieve their goals and improve overall well-being. You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team that prioritises professional growth, work–life balance, and high-quality client care.

The role will involve both face-to-face and telehealth sessions, completed from our therapy rooms in Toowoomba.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide evidence-based psychological assessments and interventions for NDIS participants, DVA (and other Service-related) clients, Medicare and privately-funded clients.
  • Conduct and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with care teams, allied health professionals, and medical providers to ensure cohesive support.
  • Prepare detailed reports for NDIS, DVA, and other stakeholders within required timeframes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in line with statutory, regulatory, and ethical standards.
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture that supports both clients and colleagues.

Why Join Us?

  • Work with a team that values professional development, peer support, and collaboration.
  • Opportunity to make a real difference across diverse client groups, including NDIS, DVA, and general population.
  • Supportive administration and systems allow you to focus on what you do best—helping clients thrive.

What We're Looking For:

  • AHPRA-registered General Psychologist
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Familiarity with mindfulness and neuro-affirming approaches

What We Offer:

  • Flexible, inclusive work environment
  • Access to AAPI membership and CPD resources
  • Premium Calm subscription for wellbeing
  • Comprehensive admin support
  • Exclusive Discounts on wellness and lifestyle products
  • Referral bonus - Refer someone who joins our team and enjoy a special thank-you reward as a token of our appreciation for helping us expand our caring community.

These tools are designed to help you focus on delivering exceptional mental health care while supporting your own wellbeing and development.
