We're now seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our Dubbo store – a well-established and successful location.

About the Role

As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading a small team, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll also contribute to sales and merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a small, high-performing team
  • Drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Prepare quotes for both retail and commercial customers
  • Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation
  • Manage stock and day-to-day retail operations
  • Report on store performance and meet sales targets
About You

We're looking for a natural leader who thrives in a retail environment and is passionate about helping customers find the perfect piece of furniture.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in a sales-driven retail environment
  • Previous team leadership or store management experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Availability to work weekends as required
  • A proactive and hands-on management style
