What You'll Be Doing

As our Night Cleaning Manager, you'll be the driving force behind smooth and efficient night operations across multiple sites. Every shift, you'll be:

  • Leading & Inspiring – Guiding and motivating a large cleaning team of 30+ staff to deliver outstanding results across multiple sites.
  • Owning the Roster – Managing staff allocation across a broad portfolio, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time.
  • Mastering the Schedule – Using our scheduling systems to coordinate workflows, adapt to last-minute changes, and keep operations seamless.
  • Keeping Clients Happy – Acting as the key point of contact during night shifts, solving problems quickly and professionally.
  • Setting the Standard – Carrying out site inspections, enforcing cleaning quality benchmarks, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Building Your Team – Coaching, training, and developing your staff so they reach their full potential.
  • Prioritising Safety – Ensuring compliance with health and safety practices, creating a safe, supportive workplace.
