What You'll Be Doing

As our 
Night Cleaning Manager
, you'll be the driving force behind smooth and efficient night operations across multiple sites. Every shift, you'll be:

• Leading & Inspiring
  : Guiding and motivating a large cleaning team of 30+ staff to deliver outstanding results across multiple sites.
• Owning the Roster
  : Managing staff allocation across a broad portfolio, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time.
• Mastering the Schedule
  : Using our scheduling systems to coordinate workflows, adapt to last-minute changes, and keep operations seamless.
• Keeping Clients Happy
  : Acting as the key point of contact during night shifts, solving problems quickly and professionally.
• Setting the Standard
  : Carrying out site inspections, enforcing cleaning quality benchmarks, and driving continuous improvement.
• Building Your Team
  : Coaching, training, and developing your staff so they reach their full potential.
• Prioritising Safety
  : Ensuring compliance with health and safety practices, creating a safe, supportive workplace.

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• Proven Leadership:
   Experience managing large teams of 30+ staff, ideally across multiple sites.
• Time Management Mastery:
   The ability to prioritise, delegate, and deliver under pressure.
• Roster & Scheduling Expertise:
   Skilled in creating, managing, and adjusting rosters using scheduling systems.
• Night Shift Enthusiasm:
   Comfortable working nights and enjoying the freedom of mornings to yourself.

   Confidence in building strong relationships with both clients and staff.
