The Opportunity

We're looking for a passionate and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our vibrant blue-collar recruitment team

Location:Prospect, SA Job type:Permanent, Full-Time Hours:Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing, screening and interviewing of suitable candidates
• Completing reference checks, Vevo and Criminal Checks
• Writing and placing job adverts
• Manage high-volume client job orders
• Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
• Maintain an active candidate base
• Handle administration tasks and roster management
• Monitor overtime across multiple sites
• Report on KPIs
• Conduct site inductions and facilitate smooth onboarding

Skills and Experience Required

• Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and effective time management
• Confident phone manner and friendly attitude
• Proactive problem-solving approach
• Computer literate with relevant systems proficiency
• Ability to excel in a small, efficient team
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
