About the Role:

As a Data Specialist, you bring a passion for delivering impactful solutions across Microsoft Data & AI. You possess strong development skills within the Microsoft ecosystem, with working knowledge of Azure and Dynamics 365. You're driven by continuous learning and innovation, and thrive in collaborative environments. In this role, you'll work on high-impact projects for one of Microsoft's most successful partners in ANZ, contributing to solution design and delivery excellence throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver business value by designing and implementing best-in-class Azure data solutions
  • Collaborate with some of ANZ's top Microsoft solution leaders
  • Present, adapt, implement, and refine our Microsoft reference architectures
  • Collaborate with agile delivery teams and work closely with Account Managers and Project Managers
  • Actively participate in customer workshops to gather and document requirements
  • Communicate technical solutions clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrate the value of solutions through client presentations and delivery
  • Support and work alongside Data Specialists and Graduate Data Specialists
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of our internal architecture capabilities

Qualifications:

  • 3 years + of experience building cloud-based data solutions, preferably in Microsoft Azure.
  • Proven track record in leading projects using Agile/Scrum methods.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to deliver value.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent.
  • Full, permanent working rights for Australia.
