**Your new role**:

- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Support opening and closing the venue
- Support and manage team members
- Front line operations including seating customers and serving food and beverage
- Bar operations
- OH&S
- Involvement in Functions and Events
- Coaching fellow team members to achieve our daily and weekly goals

**What is required?**
- A minimum of 1 -2 years bar experience & hospitality experience.
- Preferred experience working in busy Restaurant/Bar environments
- Passion for the industry and a strong sales culture
- Customer-first attitude with high service levels a priority
- RSA certificate
- TAB certification preferred but not essential
