This full time or part-time role is suited to an experienced, detail-oriented and organised Merchandise Assistant who enjoys a structured and process-driven work within a creative environment.

In this hands-on position, you will apply your previous merchandising, production or administration experience to support the efficient flow of product samples to clients and trade representatives, helping to ensure operations run smoothly and professionally.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Labelling and organising product samples
  • Assisting with cataloguing and sample records
  • Fulfilling sample requests and preparing shipments
  • Packing and unpacking orders
  • Coordinating couriers for special items
  • Assisting with regular stocktakes
  • Providing general ad hoc support as needed

About you

Our ideal team member will have:

  • Experience in a merchandising, production or similar administrative role
  • The ability to lift and carry up to 10kg
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional team
  • Permanent work rights with no restrictions
