Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Adore Beauty Full time $70,000 - $120,000 per year

Adore Beauty has been redefining the beauty retail experience in Australia for more than 25 years. As we continue to scale both online and in-store, we're expanding our high-performing Merchandising team and we're looking for someone sharp, curious and commercially-minded to join us.

This role is perfect for someone who's ready to roll up their sleeves and build a career in buying, planning or product. You'll get hands-on exposure across product launches, campaign planning, reporting, competitor analysis and more, working closely with Category Managers and teams across the business.

About the Role

In this role, you'll keep the wheels turning for our Merchandise team, making sure the right products hit the market at the right time and with all the right info. It's a varied, hands-on position where no two days look the same, one minute you might be updating product trackers, the next pulling together insights that shape big decisions.

You'll become a key point of contact, helping things stay organised and on track while getting a front-row seat to how great merchandising decisions are made.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support with the coordination and rollout of new product launches and range reviews
  • Pull together key performance reports and sales insights to help shape product strategies
  • Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activity
  • Maintain and update product information, trackers and planning documents
  • Research competitor pricing, range and trends to feed into our decision-making
  • Prepare internal presentations and documents for reviews and key meetings
  • Monitor stock levels and take action to ensure products are available for stores and online
  • Support Planning and Inventory Management by gathering information, sharing updates and purchasing stock as required

Who You Are:

You're organised, motivated and not afraid of a spreadsheet. You like knowing what's selling, what's changing, and what's next and you enjoy digging into data to figure it out.

You bring:

  • Strong Excel skills (you're confident with things like pivot tables and VLOOKUPs)
  • A basic understanding of reporting and analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, Google Analytics)
  • Familiarity with project or task management tools (Trello, Asana, )
  • Clear written communication — you can write clean copy, send a good supplier email, and keep docs tidy
  • Some knowledge of merchandising, purchasing or product lifecycle is a bonus

Working at Adore Beauty - Perks & Benefits

  • 40% staff discount across our full beauty range
  • Paid parental leave for all parents (12 weeks)
  • Birthday leave + Wellbeing Week (6 extra leave days per year)
  • Hybrid working with a supportive, friendly team
  • The chance to make this role your own in a growing ASX-listed business

Who We AreFounded in 2000, Adore Beauty has grown from a small garage start-up to an ASX-listed beauty powerhouse. With 300+ global brands and 20,000+ products, we're driven by our mission to make beauty accessible to all. Our unique culture is built on collaboration, a positive approach, and a commitment to doing the right thing.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working across teams, and takes pride in delivering accurate, thoughtful work. If you're energised by variety, passionate about product and detail, and excited by the idea of helping shape the future of beauty retail at Adore Beauty — we'd love to hear from you
