WA Hino and Fiat Professional are part of Australia's largest and most dynamic automotive retailer Eagers Automotive, employing over 8,000 team members across 250 dealerships within Australia and New Zealand. We represent over 33 car brands and 11 truck and bus brands, priding ourselves on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

About the Role

We're on the lookout for a motivated individual to join our team in Welshpool, selling new Fiat vans and used Hino trucks. This is a fantastic opportunity to enter the commercial vehicle market with two highly respected brands.

You'll be working under the guidance of the General Sales Manager, so while previous sales experience is a plus, it's not essential. We're more interested in your attitude, willingness to learn, and genuine interest in the industry.

What you'll be doing:

  • Selling new Fiat vans and used Hino trucks
  • Assisting customers with vehicle enquiries and purchases
  • Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Learning the ropes from an experienced manager
  • Working Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm, no late Wednesdays
  • One Saturday 8:00am-12:00pm every 5 weeks

Skills & Experience

  • Sales experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Confidence to engage with commercial clients
  • A proactive approach to learning and growing within a supportive team
  • A current Australian driver's licence
