Your Role As a Psychologist at Nelson St Medical & Dental Centre, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality psychological assessments, counselling, and therapy
  • Support clients across the lifespan with evidence-based interventions
  • Manage your own caseload with administrative support
  • Work collaboratively with GPs and allied health providers to ensure holistic care
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records
  • Contribute to a positive, client-centred culture

About YouEssential Criteria:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Psychologist (General or Clinical)
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Psychology (Master's preferred)
  • Current Professional Indemnity Insurance
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
  • Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice
  • Full work rights in Australia
  • Current Working with Children Check, National Police Check, and First Aid/CPR
  • Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination

Desirable:

  • Experience with NDIS clients, mental health care plans, or report writing
  • Interest in specific areas (e.g. anxiety, depression, trauma, pediatrics, or family therapy)
