Outwest Concrete is a family-owned business with over 35 years in the industry. We're looking for the right person to join our Sunshine North workshop whether you're just starting out, a solid trade assistant, or fully qualified and ready for something better.


About the Role

You'll be part of a close-knit workshop team working across:

  • Welding and fabrication
  • Repairs and maintenance on trucks and plant
  • Building and modifying metal components
  • Keeping our fleet and equipment looking sharp and running right

You won't be just another number you'll be a key part of a team that keeps the business moving.


We're Looking For

  • A hands-on person who takes pride in their work
  • Reliable, motivated, and ready to learn
  • Either qualified, part-way through, or keen to start an apprenticeship
  • Welding/fabrication experience is great but not essential
  • Must have full Australian working rights no visa, sponsorship, or overseas applicants
