This award-winning, multidisciplinary practice is renowned for its progressive design thinking, collaborative studio culture, and beautiful, crafted work. With a growing pipeline of boutique, high-end residential and hospitality projects, they are seeking a talented senior architect or associate to lead the front-end design on some of their most exciting emerging work. This is a pivotal role for a passionate designer looking to shape design outcomes and bring creative energy to a high-performing team.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead concept and early design phases for high-end boutique projects
  • Collaborate closely with directors and clients to shape project vision
  • Translate conceptual ideas into resolved design presentations
  • Mentor and guide junior designers through design process
  • Work hands-on in ArchiCAD throughout early project stages

Skills & experience

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and registration
  • 8–10+ years post-graduate experience in local architecture studios
  • Proven experience leading design on high-end, boutique projects
  • Strong visual communication and client presentation skills
  • Well-rounded architectural knowledge across all phases
  • Proficiency in ArchiCAD highly regarded
