We are a well-established and growing practice working across residential, commercial, hospitality, childcare, and retail projects. With a strong pipeline of work ahead, we are looking for a Project Architect or Senior Architect who is eager to take ownership of project delivery and step into a leadership role within our team.

This position offers the opportunity to work across all project stages — from concept through to completion — while developing your career in a supportive and forward-looking environment.

About the Role
  • Take responsibility for the delivery of residential, commercial, and retail projects
  • Lead project coordination, documentation, and construction administration
  • Oversee consultants and contractors to ensure successful outcomes
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and client expectations with confidence
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
  • Play an active role in strengthening client relationships and the practice's growth
Skills & Experience
  • Registered Architect in Australia (essential)
  • Minimum 6–10 years' post-graduate experience, with proven experience delivering built projects
  • Strong Revit and technical construction skills, with sound knowledge of local codes and standards
  • Demonstrated leadership capability and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Clear, professional communication skills and client-facing confidence
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow into broader leadership responsibilities
