  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.

  • Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable.

  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports and tax returns.

  • Proficient working knowledge of MYOB/XERO

  • Reconciliation of Bank Accounts and/or review.

  • Processing Payroll/Superannuation

  • GST Reconciliations.

  • PAYG & STP Reconciliations.

  • Periodic review of client datafile making necessary corrections.

  • Preparation of Business Activity Statements.

  • Periodic preparation of compliance checks using our in-house Workbook, Workpapers and Procedure documents.
