What you'll be doing- Entering data and assisting with general admin tasks
- Answering phones, writing emails and supporting clients
- Helping with payroll and finance tasks
- Learning to use bookkeeping software (e.g., MYOB & Xero)
- Get paid while you learn
- Enjoy a 4-day work week (Mon-Thurs 8AM-6PM) – Fridays off
- Hands-on experience with Xero and MYOB
- Mentoring and support to help you grow professionally
- Learn data entry, bank reconciliations and account management
- Build a pathway to a long-term career in bookkeeping
- Can commit to a full-time (Mon-Thurs 8AM-6PM), 12 month traineeship
- Have basic computer skills
- Are organized, detail-focused and eager to learn
- Have a positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Are interested in finance, working with numbers and bookkeeping
- Hold a driver's licence and have access to a car as public transport is limited
