The Company:
Our client is an award winning home builder who has been building homes for families for nearly 50 years. This business is proudly Australian owned and operated and they build up to 300 homes just in QLD alone. They have strong processes in place to deliver a quality product every time and this is backed by their clients reviews. They are now looking to bring on a Site Manager who will deliver their knock down rebuild projects in the southern Brisbane region.
The Perks:
- Salary up to $140k + Super + Dual Cab Ute + up to $20K in bonuses paid quarterly.
- Work under a supportive Area Manager with decades of experience and who genuinely backs his team.
- Manageable project portfolio of up to 10 homes.

Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience working on knock-down rebuild projects
- Ability to pick up new technology and project management software's quickly.
- Current QBCC Site Supervisors licence & trade qualified background.
- Organisational skills to work across up to multiple projects, programming, scheduling trades & reporting.
- Customer service must be of the utmost importance to you.
