POSITION SUMMARY


  • Join our Ladies and Gentlemen and supervise bar service period, tending bar and exceeding guest expectations 
  • Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks and tailored beverages to guests 
  • Be an empowering supervisor by providing motivation and support to your department's Ladies and Gentlemen 
  • Plan and execute team building activities for our associates as they are our most important assets 
  • Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times 
  • Create unforgettable memories for our guests throughout the complete beverage experience 
  • Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience 
  • Supervise the bar team in completing general operational tasks 
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, exhibiting our legendary service and enabling future bookings 


About You: 


  • An up-to-date RSA 
  • Relevant experience in a similar role 
  • Working rights in Australia 
  • Enthusiastic to escalate your career 
  • Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
