POSITION SUMMARY
- Join our Ladies and Gentlemen and supervise bar service period, tending bar and exceeding guest expectations
- Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks and tailored beverages to guests
- Be an empowering supervisor by providing motivation and support to your department's Ladies and Gentlemen
- Plan and execute team building activities for our associates as they are our most important assets
- Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times
- Create unforgettable memories for our guests throughout the complete beverage experience
- Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
- Supervise the bar team in completing general operational tasks
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, exhibiting our legendary service and enabling future bookings
About You:
- An up-to-date RSA
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Working rights in Australia

- Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
