Aligned Chiropractic is a busy and friendly clinic. We require a mature, professional, reliable, motivated medical receptionist to join our team. This is a casual position of roughly 5-10 hours a week with potential for more in future.

Administration experience is preferred. A happy disposition, bright personality and kind nature are essential.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Patient and reception management: greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering and making phone calls
• General office and administration duties
• Assisting the clinicians
• Managing patient flow to ensure each shift runs smoothly
• Ensure practice remains tidy at all times
• Provide administrative support to the clinic practitioners, answering telephones, recording messages, responding to emails, completing insurance forms, DVA, EPC, managing bad debtors, completing patient recalls, managing the clinic's client data base, mailing to referrers (medical and non-medical), follow up on missed appointments
• Flexibility to work in an additional practice location in Rockhampton

Chiropractic knowledge in any capacity, either as a patient, student or former employee, is not necessary but would be advantageous.

This is a permanent casual position, only applicants seeking a long-term position need apply. There will be some early starts and late finishes. Flexibility and availability outside of school hours is a must
